The Relax Lounge collects only the information you choose to provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, session preferences, and any notes you include when you call, text, or email, request an appointment, or join the Good Skin launch list. Health-history information shared on an intake form is collected to deliver safe, appropriate massage care.
How your information is used
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, schedule and confirm appointments, tailor your session, and — where you have given consent — send updates about Good Skin body care. We do not sell your information.
Service providers
We may use third-party scheduling, email, and website-hosting providers to operate the business. Those providers process information only as needed to deliver their service.

Client health information and session notes are treated as confidential and are shared only with your permission or where disclosure is required by law.
